Perfect for your workshop or garage, this handmade poster is a playful reminder to check one's accuracy before making a mistake. The birth of this print was kismet. Letterpress printing requires an unflagging attention to detail, including measuring multiple times throughout the process, from design to final trim. The week we found the time to print the first run, a national quilters' conference had set up at the Nashville convention center, across the street from our shop. As attendees popped over for a visit, they assumed we had designed and printed it just for them. Indeed, it was for them, along with our fellow letterpress printers and woodworkers, or really anyone who works with a measuring stick.
