THE STORY
“I had two small shots of tequila" - Isn't that how all great stories begin? In 2021 Bruce paid the cost for being The Boss after taking some photos with fans and imbibing a ceremonial shot at the Gateway National Recreation Area in Sandy Hook, NJ. As CNN reported - "[he] took a shot of alcohol with fans in the park after taking a photo with them. The source added that [he] is known to take photographs with fans. “That’s typical Bruce,” the source said."
The Boss paid a $500 fine for consuming alcohol in a restricted area, but nonetheless, the court case is still public record, and an idea was born to memorialize our love for New Jersey's favorite son.
