Howl + Hide started in 2015 with a man and a cut up leather jacket from Goodwill. Fast forward years of blood, sweat and tears (quite literally) and we have established who we are today: a quality leather goods brand who exists to bring you joy and promote equity in our community. Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, our factory is where we make every Howl + Hide product. We employ between 6 and 9 people at a time, own all our machinery, and pay everyone over double the minimum wage (fun fact: that’s 8 times more than what Indonesian laborers are typically paid). Our factory is just 4 miles down the road from our retail store and headquarters.
