This is a great blend for using in the kitchen.  It is our most economical blend that still meets our standard of quality which means it has a nice green color and a robust, yet not too astringent flavor profile.   Unlike low-quality culinary matcha that is commonly found on store shelves (or Amazon), our Kitchen culinary matcha is made from young leaves found slightly lower on the plant, so its flavor is stronger which allows it to come through when mixed with other ingredients.
